Our one-line verdict: a face swap that keeps the photo's own light. Most free tools paste a face; this one re-lights and re-tones it so the result survives a second look.
Face swapping went from research demo to a two-click utility in about three years, and most of the free tools online now do the same thing badly: they cut a face out and paste it in, leaving the giveaway seam where the new face's lighting disagrees with the photo's. This one re-renders the face into the scene's own light and skin tone, handles up to ten faces in a group shot, and returns HD without a watermark on paid credits. The trade we make in exchange: we're strict about consent, and we delete what you upload within 24 hours.

Drop in the target image — the picture whose face is getting replaced. JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 20 MB. Group shots are fine; you'll pick which face next.

Upload the face you want to bring in, then click the face in the target photo it should replace. In a group shot, click as many as you like, or hit All faces.

Hit swap and the result comes back in 5–15 seconds. Compare against the original with the slider, adjust lighting matching if you want, and download — HD and watermark-free on credits.
Both halves matter here. The right column is partly technical limits and partly rules we've chosen; we've kept them together so you know before you upload.
• Lighting and tone matching.
The swapped face is re-lit to the photo's own conditions rather than pasted flat. It's the single difference between a swap that reads as a photo and one that reads as a meme.
• Whole group shots.
Up to ten faces per image, swapped individually or all at once — reunion photos, team pages, wedding groups where one person blinked or one person missed the day.
• Seconds, not minutes.
5–15 seconds per swap, so iterating on which source photo works best costs you nothing but attention.
• No account for the free tier.
Three swaps a day without signing up, because making people register before they know whether a tool works is a dark pattern, not a funnel.
• Extreme angles and occlusion.
A face turned past roughly 45 degrees, or half-hidden by a hand, hair or a microphone, will come back soft or wrong. Frontal-to-frontal is where the quality lives.
• Big lighting mismatches.
A flash-lit source face going into a candlelit scene is a hard ask — the re-lighting is good, not magic. Pick a source photo shot in similar light and the result improves more than any setting will.
• Real people you don't have permission for.
We don't swap faces of public figures, and you need the right to use both photos. This isn't legal boilerplate — it's the line that keeps this tool a tool.
• Anyone under 18.
No swaps involving minors, in either the source or the target, in any context. Requests that appear to involve a minor are refused outright.
Someone blinked in the only good frame of a group shot. Swap that one face from an adjacent frame of the same session — same light, same session, invisible fix. The legitimate ancestor of every face-swap tool.
One product shoot, several models, and a brand that wants one consistent face across a catalog page — with everyone's release forms signed. Ten faces per image means a whole lookbook in one pass.
Putting your own face into a movie-poster parody, a meme format or a thumbnail concept. Your face, your call — which is exactly the consent line we care about.
This section is the product, not the fine print. If a tool in this category won't tell you plainly what it keeps and what it refuses, that silence is the answer.
• Deleted within 24 hours.
Source and target images and the generated result are removed from our storage automatically. No manual step needed on your side.
• Not used for training.
Your uploads never enter a training set — not ours, not a partner's.
• No public gallery.
Nothing you generate is published, featured or shown to other users. There is no 'community feed' fed by your face.
• Processed, then gone.
We keep no face embeddings, no biometric templates, and no copies beyond the 24-hour processing window.
• Public figures.
Politicians, celebrities and other recognizable public figures are refused. Impersonation of real people is the harm this technology is best known for; we'd rather not be part of it.
• Anyone under 18.
No swaps involving minors, in the source or the target, in any context whatsoever.
• Photos you don't have rights to.
You confirm you can use both images. Someone else's photo, scraped or taken without permission, is not yours to swap.
• Sexual, harassing or deceptive use.
No intimate imagery, no content designed to humiliate someone, no swaps meant to pass as genuine evidence of something that didn't happen.
In most places, swapping faces is legal when you have permission from the people involved and you're not using it to deceive, defraud, harass or create sexual content. It becomes illegal fast in specific cases — non-consensual intimate imagery is criminal in a growing number of jurisdictions, and several places now regulate synthetic media of political figures. Our rules are simpler than the law: your own photos, or photos you have the right to use, no public figures, no minors. We're not lawyers, and rules vary by country — if it's a commercial or sensitive use, check locally.
